Shipping Policy

During the process of online shopping on our website our customers will be prompted to choose a shipping method. The shipping costs are dependent on the items selected for purchase and the selected shipping method. We make it our goal to ship all items within 1 or 2 business days of our receiving and accepting the order. Orders not processed before noon EST, may not be processed until the following day. Business days are Monday – Friday, excluding observed holidays within the United States. Our shipping is handled by the USPS and usually is delivered within 3 days. Any orders over $250.00 will require a signature at delivery. If another delivery service is required, we will try to accommodate you , please call our customer service phone number. The delivery date provided is only an estimate and Living matrix is not responsible for delays or non-performance resulting from causes beyond our control.

Lost package -

If a package gets lost while in transit , Living matrix will not be responsible if the shipping tracking information indicates the package was "delivered" , which indicates the package was successfully delivered to the specified address. Please check with family members if a package is missing , as sometimes they will receive the package , thinking its theirs.

Package sent to wrong address -

If an incorrect address was provided online by the customer and the package gets sent to the wrong address, the customer is responsible for re-shipping the package. We will re-ship the order after the original package is returned to us.

International shipping -

 If you need international shipping please call our customer service number or email info@livingmatrixhemp.com ,as our shopping cart is not setup for international shipping . Please inform us of your shipping request and we will try to fulfill your order.
